Key Responsibilities:

- Develop a deep understanding of client needs and their operating environments
- Drive account growth through cross-selling and upselling of telco and ICT solutions
- Collaborate with pre-sales engineers and delivery teams to tailor strategic solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
- Meet and exceed monthly targets for account retention and revenue growth

Requirements:

- Proven experience managing B2B accounts in telecommunications, ICT, or managed services
- A track record of managing large client portfolios and uncovering upsell opportunities
- Strong relationship-building and solution-selling capabilities
- Exposure to mobility, fixed-line, unified communications (UC), or network solutions is highly regarded
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with internal technical teams
