We are looking for an experienced Property Manager/Account Manager to join our team. You will be the key contact for a portfolio of clients, helping them scale effectively while ensuring strong results and great service. You will work closely with our General Manager and support teams to deliver outcomes that matter.

**What you will do**
- Build and manage strong relationships with clients across Australia
- Drive account growth through tailored recommendations and upsell opportunities
- Ensure client needs are met by coordinating with internal teams
- Present insights, data and solutions that improve client performance
- Troubleshoot issues and maintain high client satisfaction

**What we are looking for**
- Experience in Property Management, BDM or real estate
- Experience in account management, client success or sales support
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities at once
- Comfortable working with CRMs, performance data and client reporting

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
