The mecwacare People and Culture team is an integrated unit providing support and guidance to the organisation. As a respected function within mecwacare the role of Service Partner - Residential enjoys true partnering relationships with the Managers of our 15 residential aged care facilities and involvement in operations means we work across all Human Resources disciplines. The Service Partner drives success through ensuring alignment in people objectives to business goals and resident/client experience. This role will also analyse cultural and environmental factors and using contemporary HR principles to provide programs and initiatives to drive best practice.

**To be successful in this position you will possess**:

- Well developed consulting and influencing skills in order to implement changes and foster a positive culture at all levels.
- Build positive relationships with managers and staff, working in partnership with service delivery teams to achieve mecwacare’s objectives.
- Strong presentation and coaching skills and an ability to adjust style to suit the audience.
- Experience in providing advice and direction in organisational change processes on workforce, business improvement and in support of succession planning and retention strategies.
- Ability to support and mediate the resolution of complex performance management and employee relations issues in a proactive manner to achieve positive outcomes.
- Experience in providing input and playing a pivotal part in the enterprise bargaining process.
- Management experience within the Aged Care Sector. Or Human resources and industrial relations experience will be considered highly.
