**The Role**
This position will manage both the Fraud Control Program and the Business Continuity Program for Naval Shipbuilding and Sustainment Group (NSSG), providing excellent customer service and support for all Divisions.
Primary responsibilities for this position include:
- Development and management of a comprehensive Fraud Control Program that includes prevention, detection, investigation and reporting strategies.
- Management of Fraud Risk Assessments.
- Coordination of activities for all phases of the business continuity lifecycle, including Business Impact Analysis.
Management of the Fraud Control Program includes participation in the Defence Fraud Risk Assessment process and enterprise led reform activities. This position will also be responsible for the development of the NSSG Fraud Control Forward Work Plan, and implementing the resultant assurance, compliance and education activities.
**About our Team**
The Directorate of Corporate Services and Systems (DCSS) provides a wide range of services to support Naval Shipbuilding and Sustainment Group (NSSG) staff in meeting their capability and compliance obligations. We provide corporate services to SPOs, Branches, Divisions, and the NSS Executive, with members embedded at all levels and localities of NSSG.
The DCSS is the NSSG lead area for Corporate Performance (CP) and Decision Support (DS) Functional delivery, and provides Functional guidance on policy, process, professionalisation and tools in the following disciplines: Quality Management, Governance, Business Management (including BMS) Security, Fraud & Ethics and WHS.
