**The Role**
Land Command, Control, Communications and Computer Systems (LC4S) Branch Headquarters (HQ) are seeking an EL 1 Contract Manager for the Major Service Provider (MSP) who will manage long-term Integrated Work Partner (IWP) Contracts with two MSPs who deliver significant resources across the Branch. The EL 1 MSP Contract Manager will exercise independence and leadership and will be responsible for the development, implementation, compliance and review of contract management policies.
As the MSP Contract Manager, your key responsibilities will include the following:
- Building and actively managing strong relationships with key stakeholders, enabling productive liaison.
- Leading and undertaking complex procurement planning, tendering and contract formation, and contract management activities.
- Manage and lead a small team, providing clear and consistent communication, managing performance, mentoring, and delegating responsibility.
