**About the Role**

We are seeking for passionate and motivated team member to join our dynamic office team as **Administration Assistant** based in **Acacia Ridge Office, Queensland**.

If you are a fast learner and enjoy multitasking office environment and meeting people with customer satisfaction being the primary goal, then this role will provide you with immense opportunity for a rewarding career.

**Role Responsibilities**:

- Processing of administrative documentation.
- Attending to enquiries by telephone, visitors and deliveries.
- Process domestic courier requests.
- Assist with Trade Counter data entry as directed.
- Ensures compliance with all Polyaire policies and procedures.
- Ad hoc tasks as requested.

**Ideally, we are seeking someone with exceptional common sense and a 'can-do' attitude, to work within a challenging yet rewarding industry. To be successful in this role**:

- Prior experience in an Administration role.
- Good data entry skills
- Good time management skills
- Basic Microsoft Office skills (Excel/Word/Outlook).
