Your Next Role

Reporting to the Group HSE Manager, you will work closely with the National HSE Team, to ensure the Hyne Group HSE Management systems are fit for purpose and continuously improved to enable the business to achieve a high performing HSE culture.

All our people go home in the same condition they came to work; safety before production.
Our safety data and HSE Systems are maintained to a high standard (e.g. Damstra - HSE Management Software, InfoSafe, SharePoint and Excel)
Data from the HSE reporting system, Safety Program initiatives, and legislative and compliance changes, are analysed to provide accurate insight to support leadership decision making.
Information management and document control processes are developed and maintained to ensure the HSE communications, data and records are effective, accessible, and retained in line with compliance obligations.
About you

A think safe and act safe focus ensuring the safety of yourself and others, always.
Proven experience in a Health and Safety or People and Culture support function.
Experience in system development and high level of skill in the use of Microsoft Office products
Applied skills and experience in HSE data analysis and reporting on trends and performance to senior level stakeholders.
A ‘be of service’ attitude and operating manner is shown in everything that you are involved in to support quality working relationships and deliverables.
