**About the role**
- Manage injury and claims management
- Contribute to the physical and mental health of employees through wellness initiatives
- Oversee the HSEQ systems to ensure they are up to date, functional and our people know how to use them
- Maintain policies, procedures and other applicable documentation
- Ensure HSEQ compliance and accreditation training is up to date
- Assist as required in investigations, audits, reviews, hazard identification, risk assessments and controls
- Collate HSEQ data and reports

**About You**:

- Certificate IV in Health and Safety - or currently studying
- Return to Work Certificate - highly regarded
- Exposure to HSE computer systems (Rapid, ASNA, SharePoint, Noggin etc)
- An understanding and ability to maintain Quality - 9001 quality system
- Strong computer acumen
- Current drivers licence and reliable transport
