- **Role Purpose**_

As the HSE Advisor working along with the project team and HSE Manager, you will add value to the project through safety culture improvement and performance. In assisting the project team to meet their safety performance benchmarks, you will be focus on:

- Driving safety best practice across the project through systems, training, consultation, and auditing
- Providing guidance on inhouse standards and legislative requirements
- Supporting leadership to promote safety culture initiatives with the project team and subcontractors
- Overseeing internal and client safety reporting requirements
- Undertaking audits and ensure identified actions are implemented
- Reviewing training requirements to ensure adequate training for the project
- Developing and manage partnerships with client, subcontractor and community stakeholders

It is expected that you can demonstrate previous experience on a commercial construction project. Your experience will point to your success in developing educating project leadership on WHS requirements. Previous roles will highlight your ability to build strong relationships with the project team and with subcontractors. Your experience will be supported by formal HSE or related qualifications.

**Salary**: $160,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
