**How you'll make an impact**

As a Program Manager at AMP, you'll be at the forefront of driving strategic initiatives that shape the future of our North Platforms business. You'll lead and oversee large, complex programs with significant business criticality, ensuring they deliver positive business value while meeting scope, cost, schedule, and quality objectives. Your expertise in both waterfall and agile methodologies will be crucial as you manage multiple delivery approaches. You'll maintain the integrity and coherence of programs, skillfully managing interdependencies, risks, and issues. Your strategic mindset and leadership skills will be essential in guiding cross-functional teams, mentoring project managers and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

**What you will bring to the role**

To excel in this role, we're looking for someone with demonstrated experience in end-to-end management of large, complex programs within managed funds, wealth platforms or Financial Service financial services more broadly. Your background should demonstrate significant experience in transition and transformation programs, as well as leadership roles in large-scale transformations where you should be adept at managing senior stakeholder relationships and have experience reporting to executive committees. Your expertise in Agile/lean methodologies, will be valuable along with a track record in managing project delivery schedules and benefits delivery for budgets of $10m+. Strong commercial acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to negotiate outcomes with governing bodies are essential.
