- Hybrid of WFH/Office based (2 days in the CBD)
- Lead a large scale digital program across both Web & Mobile

This role sits with a large enterprise ASX 100 working through an inflight digital transformation program. This program will touch on everything consumer-focused across the business. In this role, you will be responsible for managing multiple vendors, driving delivery, and managing stakeholders & steer co through the transformation.
**Role requirements**:
- Manage budget and monitor expenditures and costs against deliverables and realised benefits as the program develops.
- Manage and develop staff within the program team
- Ensure the delivery of new products and/or services from the projects is to the appropriate level of quality, on time, and within budget, according to the program plan
- Risk assessment of the program and subsequent management to ensure successful completion
- Using strong people skills to get engagement across the project & business
- Report on project progress by summarising the project’s status and decisions for governance forums
**Key skills needed for the role**:
- Previous experience delivering large digital programs is required for this role
- Great stakeholder engagement
- Ability to manage multiple large-scale vendors with a focus on best practices and program governance
- Waterfall delivery capability
