**Program Manager**
$1100-1150 + super per day

Our client is a leading Australian banking organisation and a household name with an extremely strong brand, based in the Sydney CBD.

They require an experienced Program Manager to work on an exciting Regulatory Change Program.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and ensure all programs adhere to governance and delivery frameworks.
- Understand program level dependencies and business impacts to support decisions on prioritisation and sequencing of projects.
- Leadership, stakeholder engagement and communication

**Experience required**:

- Experienced working as a Program Manager on large scale projects
- Finanical services experience
- Understanding of data programs (desirable)
- Proven experience in program management providing guidance and mentorship to Senior PM’s and PM’s
- Solid experience in planning, communication and execution of programs
- Excellent communications and stakeholder management skills
- Proven experience managing a diverse team - contractors, internal staff, external vendors
- Sound understanding of project management, risks, budgeting, program quality.
