**About the Role**

The Program Manager is a strategic delivery role that will lead and manage the delivery across multiple product teams, identifying interdependencies and driving collaboration to collectively deliver on the program goals. The Program Manager will identify strategies for uplifting program delivery maturity and support the Program Director in managing governance and executive stakeholders to effectively drive and achieve strategic program goals. The Program Manager will also lead a program support team to manage the program roadmaps, risks, issues, budget and governance forums.
- Key accountabilities include:_
- Give the people of NSW a great customer experience when they interact with NSW government regulators and forms part of the overall compliance strategy to create the world's easiest and secure digital regulatory experiences.
- Ensuring that consumers and workers in NSW are better protected and that markets operate fairly.
- Helping to build digitally enhanced compliance and enforcement solutions, integrating tools that are easy and secure for modern proactive, risk-based regulatory practices that improve outcomes for consumers, businesses and workers.
- A new case management system for regulators to manage complaints, compliance inspections and programs, and investigations & enforcement more effectively and efficiently.
- Ground-breaking data-dashboards which give regulators an intelligent joined-up view of regulated businesses and industries drawing on data from across state and federal government.

**About You**
- A track record in delivering strategic digital/technology projects and initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, engaging and influencing at a senior level.
- An ability to anticipate and draw on the right resources at the right times throughout the delivery of the program.
- A willingness to get the job done while enjoying being part of a genuine, friendly and collaborative team.
