ALCHEMY BREWING IS SEEKING A TALENTED BAR MANAGER TO JOIN OUR TEAM AT OUR BREW PUB IN BRUNSWICK EAST, VIC

Are you a seasoned professional in the hospitality industry with a passion for craft beer? Do you possess excellent leadership skills and a positive, can-do attitude? If yes, we would love to hear from you

As the Bar Manager, you will lead our team to create a friendly and professional atmosphere while ensuring a memorable experience for our guests. You will have the opportunity to make the bar your own and grow alongside our business.

**Responsibilities**:

- Efficiently run the venue and manage the team in a positive and efficient manner.
- Ensure excellent customer service is delivered in a friendly and professional manner.
- Creating and updating drinks menus based on customer preferences, seasonality and venue style.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment for both guests and the team.
- Ordering and maintaining bar inventory, ensuring an adequate supply of beverages, glassware, and other supplies.
- Facilitate the creation of a positive and skilled team to assist you in running the venue.

**Requirements**:

- Proven management experience in a similar environment.
- A passion for craft beer and knowledge of the Melbourne/Australia craft brewing industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive, friendly, and enthusiastic demeanour.
- A natural ability to engage with our local community and regular guests.
- Responsible service of alcohol certificate.
- The right to work in Australia.
- Minimum of 5 years of bar and/or hospitality experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility in availability to work within the venue's operation hours, including weekends and late nights.
