We’re looking for an experienced and passionate Bar Manager to lead our bar operations and bring their knowledge and enthusiasm for wine to the team.

**Job Description**:
We are seeking a skilled Bar Manager with strong leadership qualities and a solid understanding of wine. You will be responsible for managing the bar team, developing seasonal beverage menus, maintaining inventory, and ensuring a top-tier guest experience. The ability to confidently recommend wines and train staff on wine pairings is key.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily bar operations, including staff scheduling and supervision
- Maintain and enhance our wine and beverage offerings
- Provide wine recommendations and guidance to guests
- Train bar staff on service standards and wine knowledge
- Monitor inventory and ordering to control costs
- Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming bar environment

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a bar management or supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of wine, including varietals, regions, and pairings
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 30 per week

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Every weekend
- Fixed shift
- Weekend availability

Supplementary Pay:

- Overtime pay
- Quarterly bonus
- Tips

**Experience**:

- Bar management: 2 years (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
