We're seeking an energetic, experienced and hardworking individual to join our front of house team, with two roles available:

  • 1 x bartender, with occasional floor shifts available for those who want them. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years experience in restaurant or cocktail bartending. Experience with wine is highly desirable, but not essential.
  • 1 x section waiter with 2+ years experience working in high volume section waiting. Some experience pouring and selling wine is essential.

Bar Idda is a Sicilian-inspired restaurant and wine bar in the inner north. We pride ourselves on showcasing a rotating menu of authentic Sicilian recipes, and a small wine list of hand-selected bottles to complement our food offering. With an inside and outside dining space, as well as 2 private dining rooms upstairs, we're a venue with lots of moving parts and plenty of variety to offer throughout the week.

We're looking for someone to join our small FOH team and contribute to the excellent experience we offer our guests, as well as our fantastic team culture of learning and improving together.
