Bar Manager required for Bluebonnet Barbecue.

Bluebonnet BBQ brings Texas style smoked meat, craft beer and American whisky to Lygon Street, East Brunswick. We are seeking a talented and experienced bar manager to curate and control an extensive collection of Whiskys, Rye’s, Bourbons, boutique beers and interesting wines.

What you can bring to the table

Your spirit knowledge will be second to none and American Rye Whisky will have a special place in your heart. You will love to get creative with cocktails and curate a beer list to compliment the smoked meats.

We want someone who can take our spirit collection to the next level, and curate a back bar that’s the envy of every bar in Melbourne.

You’ll enjoy managing the costs involved in a busy bar as much as you love giving first class service.

You’re able to run service from behind the stick, troubleshooting as you shake cocktails and pour pickle backs.
