Reliant Care is an NDIS provider seeking a compassionate and team leader to oversee our team of support workers, ensuring the highest standard of care for our participants.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of support workers, ensuring they provide appropriate care tailored to each participant’s needs.

Ensure all staff maintain accurate, effective documentation, meeting all regulatory requirements.

Monitor and oversee medication administration, ensuring compliance with protocols.

Occasionally provide hands-on support to participants, while primarily focusing on leadership and oversight.

Serve as the primary contact for staff issues, offering solutions and support as needed.

Plan and organise activities that encourage community involvement and participant engagement.

Write reports to stakeholders

**Requirements**:
Proven experience in a leadership role within the disability or healthcare sector.

Excellent organisational and communication skills.

Strong attention to detail, particularly in documentation and compliance.

Ability to inspire and lead a team to deliver exceptional care.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $40.00 - $70.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 24 per week
