About the Role
The NDIS Employment Supports Supervisor is responsible for leading and supervising a team of NDIS Employment Coaches to deliver high-quality, participant-centred employment supports.
The Supervisor will oversee service delivery, staff performance and stakeholder engagement while driving continuous improvement and positive employment outcomes for participants. Additionally, the role involves maintaining accurate documentation, fostering strong partnerships and ensuring internal coordination between services.
Key elements of the role include:
Team Leadership & Supervision
- Lead, supervise, and support a team of up to 15 NDIS Employment Coaches
- Set clear expectations for behaviour, performance and professionalism
- Provide guidance, coaching, and mentoring to team members
- Deliver timely and constructive feedback, using both formal and informal methods to support continuous learning and professional growth.
- Encourage a positive, confident, and resilient team culture with a focus on continuous improvement, innovation, and high performance.
- Overseeing staff selection, training, motivation, and evaluation to build a strong and effective team.
Service Delivery
- Ensure support services are delivered, monitored and strategically adjusted to ensure participant progress towards sustainable employment outcomes.
- Engaging with families, support networks, and other professionals, both informally and formally.
- Attend stakeholder and interagency meetings to strengthen collaboration and ensure holistic support.
Quality and Compliance
- Ensure all service delivery aligns with the NDIS Quality and Safeguarding Framework, NDIS Practice Standards, and Edge policies to maintain high standards of care and compliance.
- From a continuous improvement perspective, leverage feedback to enhance service quality and participant satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation and reporting

About You
We are searching for an experienced leader from within the NDIS sector. Someone who is excited to foster new ideas and innovation underpinning the delivery of high quality employment support services to people with a disability.
You bring
Essential Criteria:
- Demonstrated experience in leading teams and drive accountability and performance.
- Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively as part of a team.
- Comprehensive understanding of NDIS compliance requirements.
- Ability to build and maintain strong partnerships with a diverse range of key stakeholders.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks, manage competing deadlines and deliver results.
- Certificate III or IV, Diploma, or Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Individual Support (Disability), Community Services, Employment Services, Career Development), or at least two (2) years' experience in the disability sector.
- Experience in employment services, workforce development, or vocational training (desirable).
- Experience supporting people with psychosocial disability (desirable).

- Full Australian working rights
- National Police Clearance
- Working with Children Check (WWC)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Current Western Australian C class driving license and a comprehensively insured vehicle.
