This organisation primarily services private clients, NDIS patients, mental health, chronic disease, disability management, and neurological rehabilitation clients.

**About the Role**

Due to growth within the team and demand of services, our client is currently on the lookout for a passionate and experienced Social Worker who is ready to take the next step in their career
- Manage a team of allied health clinicians, specialising in services across the lifespan.
- Includes all aspects of leadership and coordination of services and resources to ensure service needs are met.
- Manage a small caseload of your own.
- Responsible for effective clinical service delivery and processes through the development and monitoring of appropriate standards.
- Actively participate in service development of team and broader services.

**Essential Criteria**
- Tertiary qualification in Social Work
- Registration with AASW - desirable
- Experience or desire to mentor Junior Therapists
- A commitment to delivering person-centred, high-quality services
- An ongoing desire to improve and achieve personal goals
- Australian Drivers Licence and reliable vehicle
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
