Our client is a non-profit community service organisation with no religious affiliations. They tailor their services to provide support through times of challenge and change.

Located in West Leederville, close to public transport the role will report to a senior Payroll Officer and work closely with HR and will be responsible for the end to end payroll of 300 staff, mostly perm part time.

**Responsibilities will include**
- Process fortnightly payroll using Technology One
- Process data from timesheet software and the payroll system
- Calculate salary, leave entitlements, terminations and set up new employees as required
- Assist with payroll tax calculations, superannuation and other disbursements
- Manage the payroll inbox and handle enquiries
- Assist with managing employee files and other HR records

**About you**
- 2+ years payroll processing experience
- Understanding of payroll awards and entitlements - ideally used the SHADS award
- Proven time management and organisational skills
- Customer focused with excellent communication skills
- Have solid accuracy in your work and attention to detail
- Experience using Technology One - not essential
