**Payroll Officer**

Georgiou have an excellent opportunity for an experienced payroll officer to join our payroll and account services team for approximately 6+ months assisting with staff cover.

**Your main responsibilities will include but are not limited to**:

- Coordinate daily timesheet processing across the company
- Process weekly wages for employees in a timely and accurate manner including the processing of termination payments.
- Set up of new employees following notification from HR in time for the week's payroll
- Maintain the Coins Payroll Module and make amendments and enhancements as required for the efficient and accurate processing of payroll
- In conjunction with the Payroll Manager assist with reviewing the payroll practices, standards and systems
- Liaise with the managers/supervisors and employees in relation to general queries as required

**What we are seeking**:

- Previous payroll experience in a similar position
- Knowledge of Payroll Statutory requirements
- Sound understanding of Coins Payroll software or similar systems
- Good computer skills with experience in Microsoft suite of Office products
- The ability to meet deadlines for assigned tasks with a good attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
