Are you passionate about creating new possibilities?
- As a Renewal Specialist you are responsible for ensuring renewal of a portfolio of contracts in an assigned territory based on long term partnerships with our customers. This includes contract/subscription renewals for maintenance, on-premise, SaaS and cloud solutions.

It's your role, here's the part you can play:

- You will work with sales, marketing and PLM to develop renewal strategies that proactively engage the customer and minimize churn
- You will prepare renewal letters, quotes, invoices, and notifications
- In addition, you will contact customers directly to close renewal and reinstate deals
- You will present our value proposition and escalate issues with Account Managers or Customer Service
- You will maintain customer data in Salesforce
- You will meet targeted goals for our renewals business and create accurate forecasts
- You follow best practices for all internal processes, including opportunity management, data quality and accuracy, CRM hygiene, quotations and forecasting
- You support the implementation and operation of digital sales processes and tools

Be part of our team, here's what's needed:

- You have at least a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. Business Administration, IT) with a strong commercial background.
- In addition, several years of relevant professional experience in quota-bearing (renewal) inside sales or in the B2B SaaS industry is a must.
- You have very good commercial knowledge, especially in the areas of quotation preparation, calculation, contract law (e.g. general terms and conditions and license agreements).
- You actively engage in conversations with international clients at all levels and have excellent English communication skills, further languages such as Korean, Japanese or Chinese are a plus.
- You are data-driven, have strong analytical skills and a structured way of working
- You can work to strict deadlines and know how to prioritize assigned tasks
