The Organisational Development Manager - Employee Experience will lead the design and delivery of Organisational Design (OD) initiatives and projects that will advance the capability to deliver a comprehensive employment framework; particularly in relation to the employee experience.

Reporting to the General Manager, Organisational Development, you will be responsible for partnering with other OD Managers, OD Program Team Leads and key stakeholders across the Bureau to:

- Develop a range of people management initiatives and policies specifically relating to the employee experience; such as employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, wellbeing, and employee relations;
- Manage the industrial relations, including the Enterprise Agreement and proactively advise senior leaders to modify the workforce relations strategy and mitigate risk;
- Contribute strategic and expert advice to senior leaders on the implications of employment and workforce relations issues and reforms for the Bureau;
- Implement effective case management for complex people matters, including underperformance, code of conduct, workplace, or rehabilitation matters;
- Leading critical negotiations and managing the industrial environment;
- Manage the development of policies and practices to support the employee relations plan and strategy and address key industrial relations issues based on contemporary practices and evolving needs of the Bureau; and
- Identify the skills, competencies and capabilities required in the Employee Experience function to enable the Program to fulfil its strategic role.
