About the role

The Manager Organisational Development is a senior role in our People and Culture function. This role is responsible for driving the growth and effectiveness of our Lifeblood strategy by designing, leading, and implementing organisational development programs and initiatives that builds the people capability to deliver Lifeblood’s new purpose, strategy and culture aspiration.

You will take the lead on projects relating to defining organisational capability, leadership and learning development, culture transformation, change management, employee engagement, performance, reward and recognition.

Reporting into the Director of Culture, Capability & Communications and working across all divisions within Lifeblood you will drive positive change by empowering our employees to thrive and grow in an environment with a strong connection to purpose.

This is a permanent full-time position with a hybrid WFH/Office capacity with flexibility to work in any one of our national offices.

Data driven, flexible leader who can drive results and outcomes in an ambiguous, fast paced environment.

**Demonstrated Strategic Vision**: Experience in designing and implementing organisational development initiatives aligned to Lifeblood’s long-term goals and create a roadmap for fostering a positive employee experience.

**Learning and Development Expertise**: Experience in designing and implementing learning and development principles, frameworks, tools and methodologies that cater to diverse learning styles.

**Culture and Behaviour Change**: Experience in designing and implementing frameworks and leading initiatives that build desired culture outcomes.

Proven experience identifying challenges and developing innovative solutions to address issues that impact employee engagement, productivity, and overall organisational effectiveness.

Ability to influence senior stakeholders and present information in a strong story telling capacity.

Must be comfortable challenging the norm and accepted thinking to improve effectiveness.

Results-oriented and demonstrates a high level of ownership and accountability in delivering outcomes.

Champions a commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion creating an environment where everyone feels valued and respected.

Organisational Psychology or appropriate tertiary qualification in a related discipline
