This position will form an integral part of a close-knit team to support the delivery of Melbourne Docklands as one of Australia’s largest urban renewal projects.

The project is comprised of eight distinct precincts, used for residential, commercial, retail, dining and leisure. Construction of Docklands commenced in 1997 and continues today through a partnership approach with the private sector through the implementation of development agreements.

The ADM role will provide the successful applicant with exposure to the Docklands project with the ability to influence development and delivery outcomes along with the investigation of short term activation opportunities to stimulate the local economy.

As an ADM in the Precincts team your key responsibilities will include:

- Working collaboratively with the team through the lifecycle of large urban renewal projects including management of the planning, design, and implementation phases, to deliver policy outcomes through financially viable projects.
- Assisting with engagement of stakeholders and community consultations.
- Supporting the team in preparing project financial feasibilities, budgets and costings.
- Assisting in the management, monitoring and reporting of project budget, risks, milestones and records management.
- Assisting with the preparation, formatting and production of internal and outgoing correspondence, board papers, monthly project reports, memos and other forms of regular information distribution.
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with colleagues, consultants and other stakeholders.
- Preparing and administering tenders for consultants and/or contractors such including Expressions of Interest (EOIs), Request for Proposals (RFP) and Request for Tender (RFT).
- Reviewing and providing input on design documentation drawings and technical reports.

**Desired Skills and Experience**:
**About you**

Ideally you will hold Tertiary qualifications in Property Development, Construction / Project Management, Planning, Civil Engineering, Urban Design, Law or Finance and have had exposure to or previous experience of:

- Working in a corporate organisation, ideally project management, property, construction related.
- Working collaboratively in a team environment.
- Project management, planning and design development, including civil design or engineering experience.
- Preparation and analysis of financial feasibility studies, budgeting and cost monitoring.
- Community consultation process and stakeholder engagements.
- Contract administration.
