- This role will be focused on an exciting new People Strategy project on Organisational Culture at RMIT. _The Organisational_ Culture project will undertake a 'cultural reset' across RMIT to re-establish and promote behavioural expectations and values foster inclusivity, care, collaboration, wellbeing and impact. About You
The Manager, Organisational Development (OD) plays a key leadership role within RMIT’s Capability & Employee Experience team, driving strategic initiatives that enhance organisational culture and improve the employee experience across the University.

You will lead the design and delivery of data-informed, evidence-based programs that support cultural transformation, capability uplift, and employee engagement. Collaborating closely with stakeholders across the University, this role is pivotal in translating strategic priorities into impactful OD solutions that foster a high-performance and inclusive workplace culture.

In this role, you will provide end-to-end consultancy - from discovery and analysis through to implementation and evaluation - drawing on best practices in OD, change management, and human-centred design. You will also partner with internal specialists to lead University-wide projects, support employee voice initiatives, and drive continuous improvement through innovation and insights.

We’re looking for someone who brings a strong background in organisational development, with the ability to influence at all levels, manage complex initiatives, and use data to inform and evaluate outcomes. Experience with platforms like CultureAmp and a passion for building meaningful employee experiences will set you up for success in this role.

To be successful in this position, you’ll have as a minimum:

- Proven ability to design and successfully implement customer focused strategic cultural/employee experience or employee engagement initiatives at an organisational level. Excellent analytical skills and proven ability to use data to inform actions, projects and programs.
- Proven ability to build and maintain collaborative partnerships with colleagues, clients and stakeholders to support the University's objectives. Work with full competence to identify potential stakeholders, analyse their expectations, and develop strategies for managing stakeholders and theirexpectations.
- Proven ability to manage organisational wide projects with sound project and change management, research, analytical skills and attention to detail.
