**About the client**:
Our client is looking for an experienced HR Principal Business Analyst to join their team as soon as possible. The role is to provide leadership and vision for the HR business processes, systems and information team. If you have experience as a Business Process Manager and are looking for something new, then APPLY NOW

**About the role**:

- You will be required to ensure all processes performed in the organization are managed and designed from an end-to-end process perspective
- You will provide oversight and facilitate the building off awareness, buy-in and capability for process and information management
- You will be collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
- You will be managing performance measures for all HR business processes
- You will be researching and analyzing management trends, issues and needs of the organization

**About you**:

- You will have demonstrated experience in HR Business Processing to design and manage the processes
- You will ideally have tertiary qualification in a related field
- You will have previous experience working with various stakeholders
- You will have previous experience working as a manager
- You will have exceptional written and verbal communication skills
