This is an excellent opportunity to be a HR Manager of a quickly growing aged care organisation working in a small team with a salary of up to $150,000+Super Based in Sydney inner west and is a permanent position. **Your new role**
You will be primarily responsible for meeting people and culture deliverables, providing HR advice and IR advice to people managers and employees. You’ll work with the leadership team to implement strategic business plans. Key responsibilities will be:
Coordinate all strategic and operational aspects of the employee life cycle including recruitment, performance management, employee relations, training and development and compensation and benefits. Management of two staff Develop partnerships with client groups that promote a high-performance culture and build employee engagement Plan, develop and deliver value add initiatives that contribute to the achievement of the HR strategic plan Act as a trusted advisor on all people related matters by providing coaching, guidance, advice and assistance to managers and employees on HR issues and initiatives Coach, mentor and develop managers in enhancing their people management skills Identify opportunities for improvement in HR processes, procedures and policies Participate in a range of HR projects
