**About Our Client**:
My client specialise in security solutions for a diverse client based across Australia.

This diverse role encompasses the below key tasks:

- Assist the General Managers with their duties, to include co-ordination of meeting requirements, commitments, and travel arrangements (planning itineraries, developing agendas, meeting requirements, reporting expenses
- Provide administrative and logístical support to all aspects of the company's corporate governance policies and procedures;
- Assist management staff with preparing, editing and formatting documents upon request
- Oversee and support other administration roles
- Undertake general office and reception duties in conjunction with Administration staff
- Maintaining office facilities and equipment by assisting with procurement and routine maintenance and upkeep
- Continual review of the business process and when required the implementation of new or the amendment of process and procedures
- Organise company events
- Handle internal, confidential business information and ensure high levels of confidentiality at all times
- Recruitment function
- Manage new employee on boarding
- Assist with sensitive and confidential HR issues and situations

**The Successful Applicant**:
In order to be successful in this role you will have a diverse background in administrative support and HR. You will enjoy a diverse role that allows you be across an entire business and utilise your skills to ensure business success.

You will be a great communicator who is at ease in a management role. Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
