**Your new company**:
This renowned Engineering company is seeking their next HR Advisor to join their rapidly growing team. With extensive experience in the industry and operating globally, this opportunity would be suited for someone who is looking to take their HR career to the next level to grow both professionally and personally. This exciting new opportunity will be based Inner City Fringe at their offices and will be offered as a Fixed Term Contract initially with the view of permanency.

**Your new role**:

- Reporting to the P&C Director your duties will include, but not limited to the following:_
- Provide frontline guidance and advice to employees and responsible managers regarding all human resources related matters in line with company standards and other legislative obligations
- Interpret human resources policies, procedures, laws, standards, and regulations and educate all stakeholders.
- Undertake and conduct confidential workplace investigations
- Facilitate and conduct workplace training on HR Initiatives and updates
- Conduct and advise on appropriate remuneration benchmarking where required
- Support in the facilitation and action for strategic initiatives such as talent management, succession planning, diversity and inclusion and others
- Manage all processes and HR administration documentation associated with Staff movements: New Hires, Promotions, Transfers, Relocations, Terminations, Performance Appraisal, Staff Development and Talent Management Records
- Facilitate exit process and redundancy requirements, including conducting exit interviews where appropriate and ensuring legislative provisions are incorporated in the termination process
- Prepare internal and client HR reports as required
- Manage probation period reviews and other intermittent reviews of employment such as fixed term contracts, service awards etc.

- In order to be successful, you will meet the following requirements:_
- Intermediate Microsoft Office Skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Previous HR Advisor experience
- A strong understanding of employment legislation, industrial awards and agreements and the ability to provide sound advice
- Highly collaborative with ability to understand and adapt to multiple (at times competing) agendas.
- Enthusiastic approach to work with an underlying values-based orientation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to develop strong relationships with peers, managers and cross business unit teams
