**Project Coordinator**

**About Us**:

**Key Responsibilities include**:

- Provide project management assistance from project planning to implementation under the guidance of the Project Manager
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of project timelines, budgets, resources and programs
- Ensure project priorities are clearly established to meet stakeholder's expectations and keep stakeholders well-informed
- Liaise and coordinate with service providers to ensure they contribute positively to projects, as directed by the Project Manager
- Assist in the developing of critical documentation for construction and occupation certification
- Ensure projects are compliance with legal obligations, financial processes and delegated authority

**Requirements**:

- Relevant Qualifications in Project Management, Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field
- Proven more than 2 years’ experience in project coordination or management, preferably in the construction or real estate industry
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- Mandarin speaking is a plus
