**The Role**
- Be the first point of contact for Chief of Staff, ADFHQ.
- Liaise with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage COS ADFHQ’s appointments calendar.
- Provide travel and general admin support to Government House and Parliamentary Staff (ADC’s).
- Deliver executive support through use of PDMS and managing the group COS ADFHQ inbox.
- Tracking and coordinating incoming and outgoing tasks for COS ADFHQ, consolidating clearance items, drafting meeting agendas and recording meeting minutes.
- Order and maintain stationery and supplies for Command Support Branch.
- Managing calls and referring matters to relevant business areas.
- Conduct quality assurance checks of documents that require COS clearance.
- Process credit card payments and reconciliation requirements.
- Assist in maintaining Branch records management systems.
- Assist with Branch tasks as required (e.g. urgent administrative tasks to support divisional priorities).
- Build and sustain relationships in order to work collaboratively across the Group and other areas of the Department.
- Ad-hoc administrative tasks.
