Join Equity Trustees as a Service Desk Support Administrator and play a pivotal role in our Technology & Projects team. You'll be at the forefront of delivering top-tier IT support, ensuring our systems are always running smoothly and our staff receives exceptional service.

**About the role**:

- Provide expert technical support across all IT infrastructure and systems.
- Manage and resolve service requests and incidents with efficiency.
- Conduct essential system monitoring, procurement, and reporting.
- Uphold and ensure compliance with IT security and organisational policies.

**What you'll need to succeed**:

- Proven experience in a similar Service Desk support role.
- Strong troubleshooting skills, particularly in Windows environments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft platforms and ITSM principles.
- Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
