Service Desk Officer

State Government is seeking a Service Desk Officer to join their IT team.

**Your new company**
Your new company is a state government organisation who own and manage WA's sports and entertainment venues.

**Your new role**
You will support users with technical issues, you will also be responsible for answering the phone and being that first point of contact providing top tier customer service. You will work in a team, delivering IT support to end users, which includes Active Directory and SCCM.

You will assist with device support (predominately laptops), you will provide support for requests and ensure you resolves these requests. You may need to travel once a week to their other location.

**What you'll need to succeed**
To succeed in this role, you will have:

- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Key skills include system administration, helpdesk support, problem solving, interpersonal skills and strong communication.
- The ability to work in a team and independently
- basic knowledge in networking and connectivity
- The ability to understand escalation processes
- knowledge in change management (bonus)
- Drivers Licence
