Engineering company located north of the river is seeking an Level 2 Service Desk professional. 3-Months ++

**Your new company**
Is one of WA's largest engineering companies. They have a small IT team, with one person currently located in their Western Australian office in Malaga.

**Your new role**

Some responsibilities in this role will include:

- Log all support requests in Service Now
- Complete user administration and asset management tasks
- Set-up of hardware and equipment
- Escalate major issues to appropriate IT support teams
- Undertake disaster recovery

**What you'll need to succeed**
You will be a skilled Level 2 / 3 Service Desk professional who is driven and independent.
- ITIL Certification
- Previous experience across Level 2 end user support
- Active Directory, Office365, Windows Operating Systems
- Experience with IT support across Mobile devices, printers, wireless devices and MS365
- Analytical approach to diagnosing and solving IT issues
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- The ability to work independently is essential as you will be the only person on site in Perth support all of the WA users
- Excellent time management and organisation skills

**What you'll get in return**
If successful in this role, you will receive a 3-month initial contract on a competitive hourly rate.

This role offers the potential to extend dependant on your work performance and skills.
