**About the company**:
An ASX listed company, our client is a telecommunications operator who provide Fixed Wireless, NBN and Opticomm services to their customers. With office locations all over Australia and a large customer base, our client is excited to welcome a number of Customer Service professionals to join the Newcastle team and assist with their ongoing growth.

**About the role**:
As a Customer Service Officer, you will play a key role in representing the company by providing outstanding customer service to Broadband customers, effectively resolving their queries and concerns over the phone.
- Duties include:_
- Troubleshooting and technical support
- Escalation of complex issues to the appropriate teams
- Recording clear, concise notes for each customer interaction
- Developing strong working relationships with key business stakeholders

**About You**:
Do you have a passion for all things tech and enjoy interacting with a wide range of different people? If this sounds like you, and you meet the following criteria, we would love to hear from you
- Previous experience in a high volume, fast paced customer service environment
- Call centre experience advantageous
- Excellent confidence and negotiation skills dealing with customers from diverse backgrounds
- Well developed communication skills with the ability to display sensitivity, and discretion
- Computer literacy/technology skills
- Availability to work a rotating, 7-day roster between the hours of 8am - 8pm
- Able to provide evidence of full Australian working rights and pass a National Police Check
