We are looking for an energetic, positive, and self-driven Customer Service Officer. You will manage and nurture a portfolio of customers by placing insurance via inbound and outbound calls and digital platforms. You will work alongside our existing customer service team responsible for the insurance renewal process. You will be supported with ongoing training and coaching to ensure you are set up for success, developing specialised skills in underwriting, risk assessment, sales, negotiation, and ensuring high-quality delivery of services to both our team and customers, in line with relevant regulatory requirements and business objectives.

What your day will look like…

1. Connect with current and prospective customers through personalised inbound and outbound calls and emails, managing a dedicated portfolio.
2. Deliver top-notch customer service by providing accurate and reliable information that exceeds expectations.
3. Collaborate with your team, supporting continuous improvement and driving the team's growth.
4. Capture customer interactions and streamline administrative tasks with efficiency and precision.

Previous financial service and or insurance experience is not essential but is highly regarded.
