**Role Type**: Multiple Temporary and Ongoing Positions; Full-time, part time and flexible work arrangements available. Also looking to add to the Talent Pool for Digital Service Representatives in our Service Centres (SNSW Clerk Grade 2/3) across NSW

**About you**

We need your proactive and passionate customer service experience in our contact centre team. To be successful in your role as a Customer Concierge Operator, you will be motivated about delivering a great customer experience, every day in every way. You will be the first point of contact in our call centre environment, working towards individual, team and customer goals.

A typical day in your new role as a Customer Concierge Operator will include:

- Triaging and directing out of scope enquiries to appropriate resolver groups who may be external to Service NSW.
- Recording, maintaining and processing accurate information about customer enquiries, sources of information and levels of assistance provided.

**What we are looking for in you**:

- Customer service experience dealing with customers in a fast-paced environment, with contact centre experience desirable.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Intermediate Computer skills.
- Ability to utilise a variety of bespoke operating systems.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt to different scenarios and manage complex out of the box enquiries

**Remuneration**

CCO - SNSW Clerk Grade 2, with the base salary for this role ranging between $56,102 to $60,831 plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.

DSR - SNSW Clerk Grade 2/3, with the base salary for this role ranging between $56,102 to $70,768 plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.

**Locations**

CCO and DSR Opportunities available in our Contact Centres and Service Centres located at Newcastle, Maitland and Gosford.
