You will be part of a Supportive Team Culture, and we encourage our team to take ownership of their role with integrity, always aiming to support each other and our clients. **Qualifications**: - Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the healthcare or aged care sector. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - A passion for helping others and enhancing the lives of clients.
