We are currently seeking a **Customer Relationship Officer** to focus on developing and enhancing client experiences. You will make a Meaningful Impact and be a key point of contact for clients, handling each interaction with empathy, consistency, and professionalism. Your care and attention will directly shape each client’s experience and well-being. You will be part of a Supportive Team Culture, and we encourage our team to take ownership of their role with integrity, always aiming to support each other and our clients. **Qualifications**: - Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the healthcare or aged care sector. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - A passion for helping others and enhancing the lives of clients.
