This is a full-time position. - Duties will include:_ - Maintaining strong working relationships with all support workers. - A hands-on approach to all employee training. - Developing skills of our support workers and maintaining accurate training records. - Working in accordance with both the Aged Care and NDIS Quality Standards. - Facilitate, deliver, evaluate and support internal training and development of programs. - Identifying training opportunities. **Qualifications**: **The Role** Some of the key responsibilities of this role include: - Qualification in Human Resources (_or previous experience in a recruitment and_ _induction role_). - Responsible for end-to-end recruitment activities - Execute recruitment strategies and onboarding procedures - Use of social media - LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram - to increase market reach - Coordinate job advertisements for reactive or proactive recruitment needs - Manage job advertisements - Conduct face to face and virtual interviews **Preferred Skills**: - Experience in a similar position preferred - Strong initiative, problem solving, and decision-making skills - Experience and exposure in interpreting employment legislation and industrial instruments - Current National Police Check - Current WA Driver’s License - The Right to Work in Australia.
