Our client is a leading Telecommunications services provider and an employer of choice in Australia. Their culture encourages innovation and an entrepreneurial approach to engineering. Whilst operating in a fast-paced environment, they value creativity and problem-solving.

The role works within a collaborative team who manage a national telecommunications network, they coordinate maintenance, access for contractors, repair activities and liaise with land owners. The role will also support a range of construction activities at the property site to ensure work is completed as per supplied specifications and standards of the required quality.

**What you will have to do?**
- Respond to incoming phone calls relating to the property/Telco site activity.
- Receive, record and coordinate site access activity
- Liaise with field operatives in scheduling site visitations and inspections relating to current work or routine maintenance.
- Performance of all applicable database tasks so as to ensure data integrity.
- Maintain histories of site maintenance and coordinate preventative maintenance programs.
- Maintain key register for all sites, including site access and site hazard information for all owned and managed sites.
- Develop and maintain internal and external relationships with key stakeholders.

**Who are we looking for?**
- Minimum 2 years experience in property, telecommunications, utilities within a customer service position where you had interaction with a high volume of external stakeholders
- Experience working in a property management environment in Commercial, Asset Management or Residential would be advantageous.
- Strong communicator, both written and verbal
- Experience with database management, where you have been detail oriented to ensure accurate records management.
- High energy and eager to learn
