You will provide administrative support to the Land Access function. You will ensure that stakeholders are well informed of all pending activities by using databases and different systems to provide key information.

Land Access Coordinator
- Work with a nationally recognised infrastructure service provider with major Government contracts
- Ongoing assignment with high possibility of being made permanent.
- $38 ph + Super
- Kingsgrove location - highly flexible with WFH

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

You will provide administrative support to the Land Access function. You will ensure that stakeholders are well informed of all pending activities by using databases and different systems to provide key information.

**KEY DUTIES**:

- Complete environmental and heritage searches utilising a variety of databases, various websites, and resources to identify anything that would impede construction
- Prepare notifications to Councils / Landowners in accordance with government requirements
- Update and populate spreadsheets, databases, and templates
- Work with various members of the team to increase knowledge and skills.

**REQUIREMENTS AND IDEAL PROFILE**:

- Must have experience working with land and/or property matters and their administrative functions.
- Experience in a fast-paced, multi-faceted environment.
- High attention to detail.
- Well-developed communication skills - both written and verbal.
- Excellent coordination and multi-tasking skills.
- Proficient in the use of MS Office Suite. Particularly: Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint.
