**Job Description**:
- Creation of Land Access Notices and other reports that provides the legal right of access to land to be able to undertake associated activities.
- while building key relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- To ensure Telstra’s operational compliance with relevant legislative obligations when accessing land to inspect, install, maintain Telstra’s telecommunications facilities.
- Completing all relevant searches
- Including Council, Main Roads, Rail, Environmental, Cultural and Heritage.
- Maintain accurate records for land access and statutory planning requirements.
- Escalate any issues to land access matters to Stakeholder.
- Meeting set KPI’s and Targets while delivering quality work.
