We have an opportunity for you to join the world’s largest Aesthetic network, operating across 5 continents. Reporting to the Chief Skincare Officer, the Head of Clinic Sales is responsible for the growth and performance of LCA and Independent channel skincare sales across Australia.

**As the Head of Clinic Sales, you will be responsible for**:

- ** Sales Performance**:Increase selling capability of LCA Clinics and Independents across Australia to reach quarterly sales goals of our Skincare Division
- ** Implementation of Channel Plan**:Management of the Independent and LCA Channels across training, forecasting, sales planning and relationship management
- ** Clinic Sales KPI’s**: Focus on accurate and timely reporting of the Clinic Sales KPI’s to ensure they are on track and reaching targets
- ** Leadership**: Lead, coach and inspire a direct report, Clinic Field Sales Manager. Play an active role in the Global Skincare Leadership Team
- ** Stakeholder Relationships**: Meet with LCA Clinics and Independents monthly to implement strong business plans to identify and improve the technical/sales skills of all Clinicians across Australia

**About you**
- Beauty Therapist or Dermal diploma/qualifications
- 3+ years’ experience in a BDM, State Sales Manager or similar role
- Passionate about Skincare and an understanding of skin condition diagnosis and treatment
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use Sales data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions
- Proven ability to manage and lead a team, with a focus on communication and continuous improvement
- Strength in problem solving, issue-resolution, ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
- Strong leadership and team building skills
