Opportunity
As our new Head of Quality, you will work closely with the Chief Clinical Officer in implementing a Clinical Services Quality Improvement Framework using evidence-based methodologies and a rigorous approach to continuous quality improvement.
This involves supporting and coordinating the design, implementation, monitoring, and review of system-wide quality improvement projects across the Clinical Services and Quality portfolio.
Additionally, the position requires supporting the Quality Team to deliver Aged Care Quality Standards and maintain ongoing compliance with relevant legislation, regulation, professional and industry standards and guidelines.
You’ will also:
- Develop and implement strategic business plans, KPI’s and targets that support a high performing Quality culture.- Oversee Quality corrective action processes and audits across the organisation, ensuring clear and concise quality action plans exist for each service.- Ensure implementation of Quality related policy across the organisation, to meet legislative and quality standard requirements.- Update and engage the Executive in all areas of quality and compliance including continuous improvement, corrective action, auditing and risks.

You will be naturally passionate about driving a high performing Quality culture, in organisations that directly and positively impact our communities. You’ll also display:
- Demonstrable experience leading Quality teams, either within an Aged Care, Healthcare or similar industry.- Strong appreciation of the Aged Care and other relevant quality standards, compliance and audit regulatory processes.- Naturally advanced interpersonal and change management skills, to effectively lead future evolutions of Aged Care compliance standards,- A well-crafted ability to bring other leaders and team members along on a strategic journey, where the client experience is at the focal point of all you do.We can offer you:
