As the Head of Supply Chain, you will manage end-to-end procurement and manufacturing, storage, and distribution across the Group of iconic Australian skincare brand Skinstitut. You will also lead and inspire the Customer Service team.

**Who are we?**

Originating 13 years ago in Australia, Laser Clinics is the industry leader in non-invasive aesthetic treatments, such as Laser Hair Removal, Cosmetic Injections, Skin and Body treatments.

Skinstitut came onto the skincare scene in 2008 by making serious, high-end skincare cost-effective for everyone. Leading pharmacists and cosmetic chemists worked together to develop products that offer guaranteed excellent results, using top-quality, potent, cutting-edge active ingredients such as retinoids, antioxidants, and peptides.

**As the Head of Supply Chain, you will**:

- Oversee supply chain operations in the UK, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to determine procurement needs, plan and execute purchasing duties
- Lead a team of 6 direct reports in the group Customer Service team
- Manage the multiple warehouse delivery performance (DIFOT) to ensure timely distribution of stock
- Manage the Skin Division Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP)
- Oversee international shipments and manage global regulations, ensuring all licences are up to date
- Review and compare landed costs versus selling price
- Comply with and maintain knowledge of applicable rules, legislation, regulations, standards, and best practices

**About you**
- 3+ years of demonstrated experience with international purchasing and expediting
- Demonstrated experience leading a team
- Strong attention to detail with an equal mix of outcome driven thinking and data driven analysis
- An understanding of best-practice when it comes to procurement
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing, with all levels of suppliers and colleagues
- Proficiency in software programs; Excel, Microsoft 365 and SAP
- Proficiency with a range of online reporting/dashboards and data sources to be able to extract meaningful business insights
