As our new Head of Clinical Governance, you will work closely with the Chief Clinical Officer to lead and manage a high-performing Clinical Governance Unit. Your primary responsibility will be to develop, oversee, monitor, and continuously improve our systems-based approach to clinical governance and clinical risk management.

The main responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Clinical Governance Unit, ensuring the development and continuous improvement of clinical governance systems in alignment with the RSL LifeCare Framework.- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, and standards in aged care and NDIS, fostering a culture of quality and adherence.- Develop, implement, and evaluate evidence-based programs to enhance clinical services and governance systems, using data to drive continuous improvement.- Collaborate with key stakeholders to achieve clinical governance outcomes and targets, promoting effective communication and collaboration.- Foster a culture of continual improvement in internal clinical processes to meet evolving business demands.- Support and coach RSLLC business units on the effective use of emerging clinical governance systems.

What we need you to have to succeed:
You will be passionate about driving a high performing Clinical Governance and Quality culture, in organisations that directly and positively impact our communities. You’ll also display:
- Strong understanding of the Aged Care and other relevant quality standards, compliance and audit regulatory processes.- Degree Qualified in relevant healthcare discipline or equivalent qualifications- Advanced interpersonal and change management skills, to effectively lead future evolutions of Aged Care clinical governance, risk management and quality standards.- The ability to bring other leaders and team members along on a strategic journey, where the client experience is at the focal point of all you do.We can offer you:
