- Provide in-home and community-based assistance tailored to participants’ needs.
- Facilitate social and recreational activities, fitness programs, and skill-building sessions.
- Support daily living tasks such as cooking, cleaning, and running errands.
- Build meaningful relationships, fostering independence and personal growth.

**What we’re looking for**:

- Compassionate and reliable individuals with strong communication skills.
- Experience in disability support (preferred) or a willingness to learn.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $31.13 - $38.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 25 per week

**Experience**:

- Mental Health/Disability Related: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Working with Children Check (preferred)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (preferred)
- Driver Licence (required)
- Qualification related to Mental Health or Disability (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 50% (preferred)

Work Location: In person
